Clare oversees the company's commercial, marketing and operational activities, particularly with regard to operational systems and customer-service systems, managing key customer relationships, along with project delivery.
As a consultant, Clare has particular experience of working in the construction industry, working with some of the largest FTSE 100 Housebuilders in the UK over many years. She also has significant experience of handling and co-ordinating latent defects claims on behalf of Zurich Building Guarantees and several of the leading national housebuilders in the UK. As a part-qualified management accountant, she has a very hands-on approach to business, developing systems and processes that are customer focused and provide efficient and environmentally aware solutions, whilst ensuring the quality and consistency of any product or service offered to market.
A Registered Principal Designer, Health & Safety Advisor, and experienced Project Manager, Clare specialises in new-business set-ups and organisational management, administration & operational systems. At university, she specialised in Accounting and Engineering and has previously worked in Events Management & Commercial Sponsorship sectors as well as Finance & Accounting within the industrial sector before bringing her wide-ranging skills to the construction industry.
Clare is a member of the Institute of Directors, a Technical Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety.
