She is an integral part of the company's finance and administration function, bringing her organisational and communication skills to the fore to help develop our administrative systems and operational processes.

Eileen has extensive experience in Client Account Management, Project Teams Information co-ordination and advising on CDM, Surveying & Insurance matters, as well as being instrumental in handling customer interface for warranty claims, with a keen eye for detail & a decidedly diplomatic approach, helping to bring a number of complex and involved insurance claims to completion, diffusing difficult situations whilst maintaining Client & Policyholder relations.

As the initial point of contact for our Clients, Eileen (and her team) liaise with Client & Project Teams to co-ordinate information flow to our Project Management, CDM, Surveying & Insurance teams, to ensure they are able to deliver their projects on time, to a consistently high quality.
