Helena is a very experienced commercially focused Director, specialising in Principal Designer & CDM Advisory Services with wide experience across all sectors. Helena has extensive Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education, Leisure, Defence, Railway Station and Infrastructure experience.

A very constructive and pragmatic manager. Builds strong relationships with Clients and project teams. Over 25 years’ experience in the Construction Industry - 15 years in a Management role. Fully understands Client’s requirements and industry considerations.

Helena is a fully competent CMaPS Registered Principal Designer with over 12 years managing and delivering CDM services.

Helena is also a very commercially capable Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 10 years’ specialist experience of defects claims and construction claims and it is this combination of expertise which enables her to understand the contractual, operational and maintenance issues associated with developments.

Helena is also a Specialist Member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management, a Technical Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health and a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety.
