
Kingsbourne, Nantwich
Kingsbourne is a major mixed-use urban extension of around 1100 new dwellings, together with S278 Works, main infrastructure roads and footpaths, associated local centre, primary school, open space, landscaping including play areas, cycleways and allotments and transport, drainage and utility infrastructure.
GHPC are providing Principal Designer, CDM Advisor and H&S Advisor services and have been involved since pre-commencement and are supporting the Consortium Clients with ongoing CDM Site Compliance Inspections for the various Works packages delivered by various External Principal Contractors, CPP and RAMS reviews for works packages including carrying out Monthly CDM compliance inspections, and attending Monthly consortium meetings. GHPC also drafted and updated the project HBF Agreement& Consortium Site Rules and prepared the CEMP for Planning Discharge.
