Party Wall Surveying of Multiple Adjoining Owners both freehold and leasehold parties on behalf of the client who was preparing to demolish an existing building, and replace it with a new residential building, with street-level commercial units and undercroft parking.

Project Overview

The client was preparing to demolish an existing building in order to prepare the site to construct a four storey building for a mixed use development comprising retail units at ground floor and 54 residential units on the upper floors, with undercroft parking.


GHPC was appointed as the Party Wall Surveyor for the project which involved multiple stakeholders (Adjoining Owners) of both freehold and leasehold tenure around the site area, who would be impacted by the proposed works.


Full schedule conditions were carried out for all Adjoining Buildings as well as for pavements and kerbs surrounding the site.


The Party Wall Award involved negotiation with a number of Adjoining Owner's surveyors.
