Party Wall Surveying as the Building Owner's Surveyor working with the Adjoining Owner's Surveyor for the neighbouring nursery which would potentially be affected by the proposed piling works for the site, which was being developed as a mixed use site with ground floor retail space, 45 residential apartments and public amenities.
Project Overview
GHPC was appointed as the Building Owner's Party Wall Surveyor for the project which involved one principal stakeholder who was the owner of the adjacent nursery site which would potentially be impacted by the proposed works to redevelop the site.
Full schedule conditions were carried out for the Adjoining Building.
The Party Wall Award involved negotiation with the Adjoining Owner's surveyor.
