A typical service is likely to incorporate:

key interface between Client Teams, Designers, Principal Contractors & Consortia to deliver projects in-line with Client remits, programmes and budgets, in compliance with CDM 2015.

act as Principal Designer and fulfil CDM duties to plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate Health & Safety in pre-construction phases of projects.

facilitate definitions of project scope, goals and deliverables, define project tasks & resource requirements and develop full-scale, workable project plans.

set and manage project budgets and manage project information flow.
