Project Overview:

This development is split over two separate sites, forming part of the Neighbourhood Centre at Birstall.

Site one is being developed for a private nursery school provider.

Site two is a mixed use development, comprised of 4 x shop units at ground floor, with 6 x private tenure apartments above.

GHPC was appointed as design advisor and to prepare and co-ordinate the detailed design and prepare architectural working drawings for all elements of this bespoke development.
