Project Overview:

This is a development of approximately 35 new build properties on a phased housing development, which had several problems following customers moving in, including missing insulation, problems with floor levels and some reasonably extensive snagging issues, affecting most of the properties on the development to date.

GHPC was appointed to investigate the root cause of the defects, liaise with the customers and determine what remedial works were necessary, including carrying out Thermal Surveys of the properties. When a remedial solution was specified, GHPC then project managed the works on-site, designing any required details for the works.

Additionally, GHPC also acted as CDM Co-ordinator / Principal Designer for the project.
